    Due diligence conducted at 8 different site locations within Ibeju Lekki/Ajah axis in less than a month & all have turned out to be within government acquisition, I feel for this client but we have to keep going till we get a place where he will have longterm peace of mind.

    Client credited my account while I was addressing the court & my confidence level rose😳, legal authorities started coming from areas I never knew existed in my head & even d court was impressed. Money indeed is a good motivator, motivate your lawyer today & see the difference.😁

    A tenant is owing over 3 years rent & you're in court filing processes & frivolous applications to buy more time & frustrate the property owner, you can never make it as a lawyer, you will just keep rotating on a spot, it's not a curse.

    I was at a divorce settlement meeting some days back & I have concluded that as a man you have to be a good & kind husband to your wife(s) & make sure your kids see it else you will suffer in old age, it doesn't matter how rich you are, the odds are simply stacked against you.

    Let everyone do whatever they deem fit as long as badly raised kids don't come out to act crazy towards kids whose parents have put effort into raising them. My kids (5 & 2) already understand what my stare implies. They won't dare to throw things at the TV even in their sleep.
