Special thanks 🙌 to the German track team for providing @Ese_Ukpeseraye with a track bike after she received a late call up for the Keirin and Sprint events at #Paris2024
I no longer wait till Twitter content loads before I move along. Picture, video, or Tweet... if four seconds have passed and it hasn't loaded, I take it as a sign that it's not my destiny to see it.
I went through Akin's "course" that's supposed to teach HTML, CSS and JavaScript to beginners. It is bad. It's likely the worst possible resource that can be given to a code newbie. I hope nobody is depending on his platform to learn.
I'd like @chowdeck to add a stats page where I can see how much I've spent on plantain this year. And also see where I rank nationally. Is it too much to ask?
Lol. This version of Tech Twitter is amusing because if you follow tweets like this, you'll be misled into thinking "we're all clueless together". Their educated level of "no idea what I'm doing" is not the same as your olodo level.
I've realised why Akin's courses look terrible now, and I also realised he's committing a crime: his platform's content was stolen from the website of educative dot io (educative.io/courses/learn-…). Some of it was stolen haphazardly, and that's why it's so jarring. Side by side.
You guyyssss, this whole thing is a dream, and I'm very grateful for all the support and kind words pouring in from far and wide; thanks so very much, everyone. As you can imagine, my mentions look like a parade 💀
A wise man said "it can only get better", greater heights!! 🚀🚀
