- I won a green card through the #Diversity lottery & was just called *trash* by @POTUS. Since then Ive completed a PhD at @Harvard, became a fellow at @BrookingsInst & paid LOTS of taxes. I know many others who contribute a lot to this country. Oh well, perspectives..."They give us their worst people, put them in a bin... they're picking the worst of the worst, congratulations you're going to the US."

- No me gusta criticar, pero la verdad es qué decepción la oposición venezolana. El viernes dijeron que el lunes anunciaban acciones. El lunes dijeron que el jueves nos cuentan. Hoy jueves, convocan a un cabildo abierto mañana viernes. Qué van a decir mañana? Que el lunes twittean?

- In '15 this image shocked us. A 3yr old Syrian boy refugee was drowned to death. We thought the World wouldnt let this happen again, but it did. Yesterday 19 Venezuelans were found dead in the ocean after their boat was turned away by Trinidad & Tobago. Where's the World?

- Noticed something weird with the brakes this morning. Took the car to the shop to check. They found a brake cable cut (intentionally). Not sure when/where exactly happened, whether at Brown or not, but smells like a hate crime, following antisemitic threats I've received lately.
