    I have been found safely by Cornwall Police in Looe just prior to going into what I can assure you was cold sea water! Thank you for all the well wishes - I will seek the help I need and sorry for the terrible pain I have caused so many and then seek to rebuild my career / life

    A very difficult and emotional day as Justin was laid to rest - not a dry eye in the house. The speeches made by the family including @Charliedinburgh were so heartfelt. Justin was and always will be rightly proud of his lovely family. RIP Justin and thank you for being you

    Meet Ruby Lydia Macklin - born yesterday at 11.14am - the amazing mother and equally the 8.4lb gorgeous baby are well. Have to say that was the best moment of my life seeing Claire finally have a girl - what she always wanted & now has. #EasterMiracle

    Week one as new Managing Director of @AFCWimbledon Wow... I knew it was a club with a proud heritage, an amazing community ethos, an amazing ground / venue in The Cherry Red Records Stadium, an excellent set of staff but this week has blown me away with the potential

    Super excited to be starting as Managing Director at @AFCWimbledon tomorrow. Have enjoyed for the first time in my 20-year career a week’s annual leave with my lovely family in Cornwall without doing any work – it really has taught me the importance of doing that when you can.
