When the team plane flies through a hurricane, gets diverted to another city where none of our busses are and your Director of Ops says “this isn’t my nightmare, this is my Super Bowl”. @jonceh is the real hero. (We landed safely and the busses are already en route). 😳😅🐎👊🏼
