- roe v wade has been overtaking the media recently, causing a ton of outrage and backlash, which is great. however, the supreme court is quietly planning another, just as horrible, ruling. the only difference is that this one is going to receive a lot less media attention.

- Replying to @da1ntydeathicwa gives indigenous peoples jurisdiction over their own children, which prevents these children from being stolen and placed in non-indigenous homes. if icwa is overturned, indigenous children will once again be at risk of being separated from their families and cultures.
