    Bank of America will be launching a mortgage option for first-time home buyers offering no down payments, no closing costs and no minimum credit score. The program considers financial factors such as payments for rent & utilities. This is AMAZING 🙌🏼

    If you can’t manage $1,000 you cant manage $10,000. You don’t suddenly learn how to handle money by amassing more of it. This is why a lot of lottery winners lose it all. Financial literacy is not a side effect of wealth. Wealth is a side effect of financial literacy.

    A concept: your bills are all on autopay, you don’t even think about them anymore, and you never need to check your balance before you buy something because there is always more than enough ✨

    Please buy a domain for your website. Having an extension like .myshopify, .squarespace, .bigcartel etc screams ROOKIE You can afford the $12/year. I say it over and over: if you want people to take your business seriously, YOU have to take your business seriously.
