- CVFD is excited to share with you the newest additions to our fire family! Meet our firefighters and their 15 babies that were all born in the span of twelve months. The babies ages at the time these photos were taken range between 3 weeks and 12 months old.

- The Blue Ridge Fire is at 3,000 acres. There are 4,688 homes (15,331 people) under mandatory evacuation orders in Chino Hills. An additional 2,850 people are under an evacuation warning. #blueridgefire

- A 96 y/o Chino Valley resident called our Serving Our Seniors hotline today because he needed a prescription picked up. He was unable to leave the house because he is considered high-risk for COVID-19. We’re thankful we could help so he didn’t have to leave the safety of his home
- #BlueRidgeFire Aprox 8000 acres 0% containment Push towards Chino Hills last night but no homes damaged. Weather expected to improve today w/winds predicted to be 10 mph w/gusts of 20 mph. Aircraft firefighting assets are anticipated to be used provided the weather cooperates.
- Chino Valley Fire continues working an approximate 50-acre vegetation fire with no containment on Falling Star Lane and Chino Hills Parkway. LA County Fire and CAL FIRE are also on scene. Please avoid the area #StarFire
