The first pic almost always works for me, but if you try the other methods, make sure to do the motions in a clockwise direction because that’s how your intestines are oriented ♡

My dad taught me this one for constipation & its insane how. fast. it. works.
It HAS to be room temp tho— like sticking your finger in it n not feeling a difference. Makes it easier to pass thru your system ♡
2. 𝑬𝒂𝒕 𝑭𝒊𝒃𝒓𝒆
By eating fruits & veg, but also taking supplements can be really helpful. These are the two kinds I use (I switch off between the two; 2nd pic is old).
The second one used to have me RUNNING to the loo after getting halfway thru a glass 😂
4. 𝑬𝒂𝒕 𝑺𝒍𝒐𝒘, 𝑪𝒉𝒆𝒘 𝑳𝒐𝒕𝒔
Breaking down your food through more mastication (chewing) not only helps nutrient absorption, but also reduces constipation & bloating :)
Personally, I like to take small bites n chew til it’s basically mush before swallowing
