    According to sources, the situation with Mike Leach continues to be serious but there have not been many updates since the university released its statement earlier today. Coach is still fighting. Keep Mike and Sharon in your thoughts and prayers.

    This may not be apparent to non-journalists but covering high school football is harder than any other level of football, and doing it (especially on deadline) is a humbling experience every time 😂

    Mike Leach was one of the first people to comfort me when my dog died this year. Never could have imagined he was only three months behind her. Mouse never liked people, but she loved Mike. Take care of her for me up there.

    Many of you have messaged me about a thread in which people are talking about my appearance in a derogatory manner. I am aware of it. I don’t want to say or hear anything else about it, but I will say this: Stop sexualizing women in sports and disrespecting women in general.

    Have gotten several messages/texts but have not heard anything update-wise on the Mike Leach situation outside of what State released. We all hope things turn out ok, but I’m happy I got on the phone with him and told him the impact he’s had on my life and career 2 weeks ago.
