All this talk of 'AI won't destroy jobs, it will make work better' is very obvious nonsense.
AGI is, right now, already bridging gaps in technical skills. It is, right now, replacing talented creatives at companies around the world.
If someone can run such a dog shit campaign and still have basically an even chance of winning I have to conclude our system is totally broken.
I genuinely don't know how democracy survives like this.
Regardless of Georgia requirements you CAN'T claim homestead exemptions unless the property in question is your primary residence.
Legally, Walker claims he lives in Texas.
So he either committed tax fraud or he's not a resident of Georgia and therefore ineligible for office
Most tech workers are Democrats.
Twitter exists because of liberal programmers and software developers.
The phone in your hand? Same thing.
Let's talk about lazy rural white folks that complain about the gubment whilst awaiting their welfare checks, shall we?
David if you don't see what's wrong with what you said here you need to take a very long vacation of self reflection. 'he is a pedophile, but at least he's not a Democrat' is everything wrong with this country
Let's take a look at Arkansas. You were Governor there. It's a deeply red state.
6 Fortune 500 companies are based there.
But the state is ranking 42nd(!) in education, 49th(!!) in healthcare, and 40th in economic growth
Your state is almost DEAD LAST when it comes to providing healthcare to the people that live there.
It also does a horrible job educating it's population.
It's also 3/4 white.
Dead last in higher education attainment.
Or how about the money?
Red, poor, predominantly rural and white states are net TAKERS of federal welfare. That's just a fact.
Constantly complaining about brown and black people while cashing their welfare checks.
46th highest poverty rate.
How do you explain this, Governor?
Wasn't it your job to make the lives of the people of your state better?
Looking at the numbers Arkansas is not doing well.
But how can that be? It's super Republican and white.
Or how about we go talk to employers in Pennsylvania who consistently say they can't get workers to show up?
Nobody wants to do the work.
Surrounded by lazy rural communities that are predominantly white.
And 18% of young people aged 18-24 are neither in school or working.
How can that be?
How did Republicans let that happen to the state they run every branch of?
By every measure you seem to value Arkansas should be a paradise of business owners and hard working Americans living comfortably off the fruits of their labor.
But by every objective measure:
They're poor, have no healthcare, and little to no access to good education.
