how it started vs how it’s going bmi 24 vs 21 - felt like my swimsuit was a little loose on me today, then i remembered that the last time i wore it was in february
- adults of edtwt, did anyone else not actually have an ed until they were “older”? i was disordered at 17-18 but it didn’t become a full blown ed until i was 20, then i got diagnosed at 21. i felt like i was “too old” to have one and it made me feel weird
- feeling fat today so i gotta remind myself how far i’ve come already
- it’s my birthday today! i’m 23🫣 ending a 37 hour fast and i’ve been craving a donut for a while so i’m treating myself to one today. i also got a free bday beverage from the coffee shop🫶
- protein bars aren’t worth the calories because they’re not even that goodwhats your food opinion that can end up like this?
