My niche opinion about DC urbanism is that we should have 1 of every regional chain/fast food chain to serve as embassies of regional American culture. We should have a Waffle House, a Culver's, Whataburger, In-N-Out, etc.

- Replying to @BobbyBorkIIIIt was a decrepit wreck when Apple bought it. The city had long since abandoned it for a modernist library nearby (MLK). Apple saved the building. They even threw in a history exhibit that's open to the public.
