Aang in the avatar state was just throwing things around. And people did fear Korra 🤣🤣.
We saw the terror in the eyes of Aang's ops when he entered the avatar state but yh "you are not supposed to fear" and this was someone who hadn't mastered it. Korra having mastered it and still getting her ass whopped speaks volumes of her ineptitude
