- Very important visitor to the Department of Finance today.....my grandson.
- Because of the self-serving actions of the DUP, I am unable to deliver a three year budget to; 1. recruit more doctors and nurses 2. tackle waiting lists 3. fund cancer services and mental health 4. transform the Health Service That is the type of real change people want to see
- This morning I lodged my nomination papers for election to Seanad Éireann. The all-Ireland economy is growing. Constitutional change is coming. My experience as Sinn Féin chief negotiator and Executive Minister will drive efforts for referenda and Irish reunification.
- Busy week in Washington DC. Support for Ireland, political and economic, as strong as ever.
- 31 years ago today. Back then you got married where you could in peace. 5 of us including the priest in Rome. Happy anniversary @MurphCat67
- I have approved the 'thank you' payments to HSC staff and students. I have also written to the British Government to ask that these payments are exempt from tax and social security.
- Myself and my hero. Miss him every day. Especially now. We'll do him proud.
- Delighted to be back at my desk today in the Assembly. Fully focused on my plan to strengthen the economy, create jobs and promote regional balance. Thanks to the Health service for their care and to @DeirdreHargey for stepping in as Economy Minister.
