Looks like rejection of far right by Ireland.
Far right not a political movement at all; never was.
Lots and lots of shouty videos on social media convinced some people the far right was on the move.
But it looks like the public has said 'no thanks, you're grand'

- 1/ I'm covering crime - especially in Dublin - for many years. What I can tell you with certainty is this: There is zero evidence (zilch) that the increase in refugees or asylum seekers coming into the Republic in the last couple of years has led to an increase in crime.Gavin from Finglas addressing demonstators outside the Irish Times building.
00:00 - Some fantastic photos out of the latest Garda passing out ceremony at the Garda College, Templemore, Co Tipperary, today 166 new gardaí graduating, best of luck to all of them
- Did u ever think u'd see this in #Dublin? Homeless people living in a tent in a city park; their baby's buggy next to it. I took this ystrdy, March 22, '18. A baby Living in a tent In a park In Dublin When we stop seeing things like this; THEN tell us the country is in recovery
- Malahide Road Coolock Crowd of several hundred now marching down Malahide Road, which is blocked, to hand in a complaint letter at Coolock Garda station re the policing in Coolock earlier this week
00:00 - Gardaí confirm 3 people have died in the gas explosion in #Creeslough Co Donegal. More are still unaccounted for and are being searched for in the rubble of the explosion at the building next to the Applegreen service station. What an awful tragedy

- Bloke on the radio lecturing people about their credit rating if they withdrew €1,000 at an ATM last night. What planet are these people on? As if many people who run to an ATM to take advantage of a glitch are worried about credit rating
- Garda has come in for criticism in recent years. But don't forget those on the front line, the vast majority of whom have never been implicated in controversy. This is reservist Alan Burke jumping into Corrib last week to save a man & his female colleague about to jump #respect
- Republic of Ireland top of the class in Europe for incidence of Covd-19; we've done well, let's not be too hard on ourselves. But hopefully everyone won't go nuts over the next few weeks.
- Not every publication's editorial line will tally with our own personal views But the media should be diverse. Gript has a right to ask questions, including on immigration. Respectfully, thinking otherwise is a slippery slope.I refused to answer a question on immigration from the Gript just now on the #Dáil plinth. He immediately was rallied around by a few pol corrs, that he was a member of the press council. If some journalists want to normalise them fine, but I’m not feeding their hate-mongering.
- Why do news reports keep calling the protest in Achill a “silent vigil”? At the very, very least it’s an anti migrant protest. And that’s putting it mildly. Forming a mob to keep 13 women out of accommodation can be branded many things, but “a silent vigil” it is not.
- Protestors (some from anti mask campaign) have repeatedly shouted “justice for Aaron Brady” at Caroline Donohoe, the widow of Det Garda Adrian Donohoe, as she was leaving court after seeing Brady jailed for 40 years. Caroline Donohoe came out the front door; ignored the shouts.
