After being in this equal pay fight for over two decades, it was an honor to join the legends and leaders of our game and our country last night to sign our new CBAs - which achieve equal pay for @USMNT and @USWNT. An epic night befitting this historic accomplishment.

I’m incredibly honored by the opportunity to continue to work with leaders across our game to take our entire Federation forward, not back. Let’s get to work.
OFFICIAL: @cone_cindy has been re-elected U.S. Soccer President.

I’ve been a part of the equal pay fight for over 20 years, first as a 99er and now as US Soccer President. So proud of @ussoccer, @USWNT and @USMNT for coming together to change our game forever. The future is bright.
In a historic accomplishment, U.S. Soccer, @USMNT and @USWNT have come together to agree to new collective bargaining agreements that will run through 2028 and achieve true equal pay – including equalization of World Cup prize money.

I am hurt and saddened by the brief USSF filed. This issue means so much to me, but more broadly to all men & women and, more importantly, to little girls & boys who are our future. I disavow the troubling statements and will continue to work to forge a better path forward.

Tomorrow a true champion - for our game, for women, for our country - will be honored with the Presidential Medal of Freedom. I’m so proud of you @mPinoe, and I look forward to continuing to work together to promote equality in soccer and beyond.
The highest civilian honor in the United States. 🎖 @mPinoe will be awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom at the White House on July 7 🇺🇸

The findings of this report are devastating and infuriating. They lay bare the systemic failures within soccer that must be corrected if we are to be a safe, welcoming place for athletes at all levels. I’m deeply committed to change.
Today, U.S. Soccer released the full findings and recommendations of Sally Q. Yates’ independent investigation and announced plans to immediately work to implement those recommendations in collaboration with U.S. Soccer members at all levels of the game » ussoc.cr/SallyYatesFind…

Absolutely devastated. My heart breaks for Celine and the rest of Grant’s family and friends. His passion and advocacy for our game had an incredible impact on the growth of soccer in this country, and his legacy will not be forgotten.

I’m incredibly grateful for the players who came forward to share their personal and often painful stories. Their bravery has led us to this point, and we will continue to listen to our players as we work to transform soccer’s culture for the long-term.
