    Count your AB as a win if… -You catch a barrel -You attack the right pitches with the right approach -You take tough pitches to hit -Your swings/ timing are right -You compete with 2 strikes Do these things well over time and the results will come! #AttainableGoals

    Great HS hitters make adjustments game to game. Great college hitters make adjustments at-bat to at-bat. Great pro hitters make adjustments pitch to pitch.

    HOW TO MAKE HITTING EASIER: Look for opportunities to sit on pitches by answering these questions⬇  -What’s the pitcher throwing first pitch? -Is he commanding secondary for a strike? -Will he throw secondary in hitters counts? -What does he throw when he’s in trouble?

    Before changing mechanics when struggling at the plate… -Are you SEEING the ball? -Are you ON TIME for good fastballs to hit? -Is your rhythm SMOOTH or are you sped up? Coming back to these things will dial in your mechanics more times than not!
