Realtors overpricing “as is” homes are my favorite. I hit them with a 50% offer through the agent first, then circle back to the seller with 70%. Every. Single. Time.

Seller’s now realtor AND “attorney” just called me furious because I offered 60% of Zestimate sight unseen I asked how much he’s billing the seller to call me about nothing & why he’s so mad, then he hung up 😂💀

Past two days of cold calling, all hand-dialed on an iPhone: • 142 calls • 27 connects • 6 leads • 69 texts • 26 emails • 68 voicemails • 21 handwritten notes Every touchpoint matters. Most leads come from the follow-up, not the first call. Stay consistent.

Real estate is mad creepy tbh. I basically know how to find anyone, their address, phone number, email, and everyone tied to them. Feels like stalking. But let’s just call it being a private investigator🕵️‍♂️😂

Cold call KPIs last few days — all hand dialed on an iPhone: 180 calls 33 connects (1 in 5.4) 6 leads 87 texts 22 emails 89 voicemails 34 handwritten notes 16 cold FaceTimes, 4 connects Just real hustle

Past few days cold calling from an iPhone: 277 calls 51 connects (avg 5.4 calls/connect) 10 leads 164 texts, 42 emails, 159 voicemails, 49 handwritten notes No secrets. Just consistent, obsessive effort every day
