00:00 - Thread: Self evaluating your pitching performance—I had this conversation after a tough outing with a high school pitcher so I thought I would post about it and maybe it could help others. IMO there are 3 categories to evaluate from: Physical/Statistical/Mental.

- Baby number 1 announcing baby number 2!! The family is growing again! @ShanaVoss calls this the “resting dad face” She is excited on the inside I’m sure. 😂😂
- I am a fan of watching the game without the “K Zone” on the screen. I find myself more focused on the highly skilled play that’s going on and less on the job the umpire is doing. Maybe we should normalize this again? 🤷♂️ @MLBONFOX

- Seeing a lot of “baseball/coaching certifications” these days. Just remember though...there are a lot people out there that hold valid driver’s licenses and are still bad drivers. 🤔 🤷🏻♂️
- Thankful like so many others to feel the impact of Brian. We are all better for knowing him. His legacy will live on in countless ways. Prayers and love to his family and those closest to him.Our family lost a one of a kind human being today. It’s impossible to describe how much Brian meant to all of us. He will be missed more than words can describe. Our thoughts & prayers go out to Brian’s family & all of the countless people that he impacted throughout his life.

- Look at the game face on that little girl. She is not messing around.
- HS athletes: Take care of your arms. Here are some things likely going on: club training, open gym practice, throwing/S&C programs,etc. Communication is important. You better know your weekly plan and be able to communicate it to all who are responsible for your development.
- Really cool look at how @premierpitching is being integrated into @DukeBASE pitching development.
