    I lost my mom tonight.Thank you God for sudden death.I recognize the pain of my friends.My mom left WWII: became governess for Dr.Sarnoff,married,3 kids,told me become cardiologist,lost husband:55,built life around family.My North Star,Thank you Mom🙏

    The Duke community lost one of its greatest leaders ,Dr Joseph Greenfield,Chairman Medicine Emeritus,James B.Duke Professor. Renowned coronary blood flow physiologist,who stimulated landmark AMI research.Mentor to 1000 residents,faculty, and me . A dear friend.RIP
