🚨🚨RECRUITS/TRANSFERS: READ THIS ‼️
If your goal is to play at the next level please understand these key points.
1.) Production Matters: you must produce wherever you go. P4/G5/FCS scouts and GM’s want to see players with high production. Go where you have the best opportunity to not only produce but develop.
2: Development: Understand that production is a by-product of the coaching you receive as well as the system you are in. You must be developed from a physical standpoint as well as football intelligence. You MUST be able to speak “the lingo” and understand the game from a schematic perspective.
3: Consistency: Are you consistent? Do you practice/prepare like a professional athlete? How consistent are you in maintaining a routine that prepares you for the next level? Were you productive over your college tenure? What do your coaches/teammates say about you?
These things matters. Not one scout will draft you because of the facilities of the program you chose, or the jersey combinations you wore. Go where you will be developed and have production. If you can ball, they will find you‼️
