- Message to AAU parents worried about their kids scoring. Cassidy averaged about 6 points a game during AAU games but she did everything else. The extra pass, taking charges, diving on the floor, help defense, positive teammate and she was a leader! Have your kids be that kid!
- The creek is usually 40-45 feet wide. Right now it’s probably 125 feet wide at least. Several roads are gone in the Virgie area along with many homes. A helpless feeling but God has taught me that material things can be replaced. Praying for everyone right now

- 11 straight years my girl asked for one last thing for Christmas. She always asks for a trip to the gym. God has blessed her with an ability to play basketball and she hasn’t ignored the gift.
00:00 - Parents attend every game your kid plays. Smile and cheer every second because one day those events will be memories. Watch your child play or just be part of a team. Let them be who they are not who you wish they were. Hug them after every game! Just enjoy it!
- Super proud of our girl!! She graduates next week with a B.S. in Kinesiology. Today she found out she was accepted into the University of Kentucky Doctor of Physical Therapy Program (UKDPT). Cassidy Rowe PT, DPT coming soon 💙💙💙
- Please don’t blame the players at UK. They are young kids that want to win. They don’t make mistakes on purpose. They are representing out great state. You are slowly becoming the fan base no one wants to play for. Help them get thru this! #bleedblue

- I respect HS coaches that stay at one place, build and take the good with the bad. That is a hard thing to do knowing that some years will be a struggle but the good years are so rewarding.
- Instead of complaining about cancelled sporting events, school and other things look at this as a chance God has sent us to slow down, spend time with the loved ones he placed with us and get our priorities straight. Just a thought!💙
