- Yep. Had it happen to two of my Seniors committed to UGA. LHP a couple weeks ago and my catcher just on Monday. Zero integrity in the game these days. High school players will only see this happen more and more to them.The purge of incoming high school players to big D1s is starting. 6-7 weeks out from school starting and kids are being told they no longer have a spot. Something was going to have to give and here is our answer.

- A couple of years ago I started this within my program of having our players simply take a moment at practice and have them make a phone call or two to someone and saying Thank You for all they’ve done for them to get them where they are right now. @CoachSheets3 helped w/this.

Would like to thank @Georgia_Scouts, my awesome Brookwood Administration and my coaching staff at Brookwood.COACH OF THE YEAR Robby Gilbert is the Head Coach at Brookwood High School. Prior to Brookwood, Robby was the Head Coach at Decatur High School where he coached big leaguer Jordan Walker. Congrats to Robby!
