Ya’ll… when you hit the ball over the fence, it’s a HOMERUN. We don’t need to use “OTF” or over the fence. If it’s a homerun, it’s a homerun. You differentiate if it’s an in the park homerun… & if you hit those, let’s talk. We love speed 😬💨

I have questions for those travel ball (high school aged) softball athletes playing this weekend. Why aren’t you on a break? When do you take a break? How long is/was your break? Did you play all spring/summer & you’re still going? Burnout & overuse injuries are real guys. 👀 LMK

It’s cold. You play a spring sport so you will be practicing in the cold. Complaining does nothing to serve you. Put on some layers & practice intentionally. Do what you need to do even when conditions aren’t favorable. ✌️

For the majority, D1 or bust mentality is absolutley DELULU! Straight out of high school... look around... if you're not in the top 1% of your peers at high level showcases... get out of your own way! You're losing opportunities every day by being unrealistic & stubborn.

I can’t lie, keeping up with recruit emails this summer has been challenging. I’m working on catching up. If you send a coach an email & you don’t get a response, don’t be afraid to follow up. Sometimes our boxes get full & yours gets lost in the shuffle. #realtalk #nofluff
