- A message to coaches/trainers… Coach the best player at all times. Coach details. Coach pace. Coach footwork. Coach if this, then that. Teach awareness. Teach reads. Teach discipline. Teach them how to play w/o the ball in their hands. Teach the value of conditioning.

- Recruits, Parents, Coaches, & anyone involved in the recruiting process: Watch college basketball. Watch the teams recruiting you. Notice how players respond to the HC. Pay attention to style of play. Look at depth charts based play time. Follow up w/questions on what you see!
