- One of the finest people I have ever met is retiring after 50 plus years of teaching and coaching at SM North, SM West, and BV West. He has literally taught and coached generations of JoCo families. I feel lucky to have been a small part of it. Congrats Coach Alpaugh!
- Losing by 1 point in overtime in the Sectional Championship hurts but doesn’t change what I think about this group of young men. Their attitude and effort in the face of adversity was something special tonight. So proud and lucky to be their coach
- Proud of our kids and coaches for working so hard to make nights like this possible. Huge thank you to my family for letting me do what I love to do.
- So proud of these Regional Champions. So happy I get to coach these kids and work with our staff another week.
- Never easy to lose the last game of the year but the 2021 Jaguar football team has an awful lot to be proud of! The grit they showed, pride in BVW, love as a family, and excellence they brought to our program will never be forgotten
