- Such an incredible run with these great coaches and amazing young men. No one out of our small circle would have ever thought we could do what we did. - Disappointed that in state schools couldn't lock this one down. Congrats to @Isaac99terrell! - This is a sad situation with some great coaches willing to put so many hours into jobs that pay cents on the hour to better our communities. Coaches need more substantial support from their administration's across the state.

- What's happening @weberhigh and their football team is not a good thing for High School coaches who do it for pennies on the hour. This will drive good men to walk away from developing and influencing our young men for the best!Why isn't this kind of stuff happening to all the schools who have kids openly posting about transferring? You know damn well it's the same thing.

- At Bountiful, we have great support as well, but across the state, there are lots of places that don't have the support. Each year we are having a large number of highly qualified coaches, leaving the profession because of lack of support, help, and resources.I have great support from my admin. There are other powers that be that make the job harder than it has to be.
