- Arizona and Florida do not have the quality of HS football like Texas. They do have a few good teams but not a state full of them in all classifications like Texas has!!! And they damn sure don’t have the community support we have in Texas!!!School choice will NOT take away funding from Texas high school football. Period. Florida and Arizona have the largest school choice programs and among the best high school football programs in the country. Texas is also one of the only SEC states without school choice.
