Communication. Is it part of your recruiting strategy? It better be. It starts with one way communication, you contacting (NOT JUST POSTING) coaching staffs. You get seen, get on a radar, you get evaluated. Be persistent, don't pester. #RecruitingTips #CollegeProspectReport

"I'll get seen eventually." That's no recruiting strategy. If you're passive, you may get seen. But while you're waiting to hear from a coach, 1000s of other athletes are contacting schools, getting their name on radars, and are consistent. #Scholarship #CollegeProspectReport

You worked your tail off all Summer, but your sport isn't until Winter (or Spring!). It's 100% okay to catch your breath, recover, and be a kid. Make sure you let your body heal so you're ready to hit it hard as the season approaches. Stay sharp, don't overdo it.

Instead of dropping film, posting and praying, or tagging people that don't respond, what if you could be proactive in your recruitment and have the bells and whistles companies sell... for free?

"We'll keep an eye on you." Interest or a coach being polite? If you hear this and like the school, continue your #ProactiveRecruiting. Send film, send schedules, send events you'll be at. Coaches see MANY athletes, if you want to stand out, be proactive. #CollegeProspectReport

I love what I do, because I get athletes real conversations with coaches. Maximizing exposure is awesome. Your #StudentAthlete ever been offered nutritional guidance, academic help, mental health support (I know that's a no!), on field training, and more? I do that and more.
