The people complaining about Coach Izzo’s coaching are the same people who had their parents complain to the coaches/administrators and/or always blame someone else for why they didn’t play or weren’t good.

    Replying to @overtime and @CourtsideFilms
When does he commit to Purdue?

I’m sick of AAU coaches in tournaments especially after losses say “We are missing a couple of our key players”. It is a part of basketball, find a way to get it done with the players you do have. Don’t worry about players who aren’t there.

Malls, Casinos, Movie Theaters, Bowling alleys and Grocery Stores filled 100s of people is safer than a group of 10-15 kids playing basketball with safety precautions taken..🤔🤔🤔 Our health Department and Governor Whitmer are failing our youth & robbing them of life experiences

Missing parties isn’t fun Waking up early isn’t fun Working out isn’t fun Staying after practice isn’t fun Lifting weights isn’t fun Sacrifice isn’t fun Homework isn’t fun Neither is sitting on the bench when deep down you know you are capable of so much more. #BeALegend

Hey @mhsaa, It is time to consider 8 divisions for the basketball tournament, the discrepancy between in D1 is ridiculous 2776 to 814!! A couple d1 district championship games: Port Huron Northern (1190) v. Dakota (2776) Clarkston (2250) v. Mott (1276)

Middle school kids should be playing to get better, not for rankings. The middle school camps are a money grab. Find a good coach/program who will develop your child and challenge them to be better while teaching them the game. No one cares about middle school rankings.

So she wants kids back in school which I agree with they need to be but 30 kids in a classroom (not socially distanced) for 2 hours in my situation and 45 kids in my PE class is okay but 10 kids can’t play basketball inside🤔🤔🤔🤔

I know I may get some heat but private schools should be in their own division. I feel bad for Troy, a group of Troy kids who go 22-1 but lose to a team with great players from all over metro Detroit. How are public schools supposed to compete with Rice and OLSM?
Thanks to the fans, coaches, parents and most importantly the kids who put it all on the line to battle with guts and heart against a talented Brother Rice team until the end. They brought us 22 wins in a row, a league championship, and lifelong memories. Thank you seniors!

So happy for my guy @coach_djokaj the guy works his butt off. His journey to be at DeLasalle is quite unreal. He interviewed for 30+ jobs before he got a chance at Livonia Franklin. Now he is a State Freaking Champion Coach!! Gjon the 🐐

West Bloomfield and Clarkston both made the Final 4 in Class A in football and boys basketball in 2017. That’s pretty impressive. OAA Red must be pretty tough.

We really have kids making high school commitment videos, this is out of control.

Coach Fife was the reason I ended up playing college basketball despite never playing for him. He called Coach Hammer and told him about a kid from Waterford and vouched for me. Coach Fife invited me up to open gym so Coach Hammer could watch me and I earned a scholarship.

I’m glad I’m not coaching high school basketball, so many guys who claim to be “good guys” back door kids into their program. They don’t recruit but kids “end” up at their school. Get out of here with that junk. High school is the new college, what can you do for my kid.
