    Things I wish would disappear from sports. Travel 7-on-7, AAU basketball, 1 and Done, the DH, the word “Elite”, Mock Drafts, crazy youth parents, Sideline coaches interviews, the Pro Bowl, “In Da Hole” Golf spectator, Thursday NFL games, Tanking, travel teams under 12.

    Very proud of this young man! Got the opportunity to play in the Blue Grey Game today in AT&T Stadium in Dallas, TX against some of the nations best. What a great experience and way to represent all Buffaloes with pride! @trey_nuzum #1herd

    A HS Students dream weights class workout. Box Jumps - 25 sets of 1 jump on highest possible box Bench Press - 4 sets of random reps and weight Dead Lift - As much weight possible as many times possible. All done while wearing HEY DUDES. 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

    I can’t explain how much I’m going to miss Alice. She has been there to point me in the right direction since day 1. Today I presented her with her own #1 Jersey from the entire football program and thank her for her 34 years of service. She is the best!!

    Hard fought battle with a really good #4 Manhattan team. We may have come up short but I know my kids left everything out on that field. Under the circumstances and traveling 4 hours. I’m one proud coach. Love you guys!!

    Took a chance on himself and wouldn’t let others define him and today @DElliottXLV signed a letter of intent to play Power 5 football at Indiana University. Watching kids chase dreams is one of the best things about my job. #B1GFootball
