00:00- If you are struggling right now, before you go to bed right down 3 things that were good that happened today. Do that for a week. You will rewire your brain to look for good things that happen throughout the day.
- Something not many parents get to do…dropped son off at college Wednesday. Couldn’t get it all so dropped rest off today. Got to spend time with him and he is happy. First 2 weeks for all new college students are rough. He hugged me on the way out and tears of joy flowed.
