    Coaches, RELATIONSHIPS MATTER 🗣🗣🗣 Kids pick up on if you are a genuine person . My daughter was discouraged after attending her first ever volleyball practice. She did not want to go. She gave it another shot, and loved it. ITS OKAY TO SHOW YOU CARE FOR YOUR PLAYERS.
