    Great weekend in Champaign! Football is alive and well in Illinois for sure. The relationship between the IHSFCA and the Illinois Football FamILLy is strong! Thanks to all the coaches that joined us. Looking forward to making the clinic bigger and better next year!

    As odd as this may sound, most Illinois high school football coaches and players will tell you that the best day to practice is Thanksgiving morning. Best wishes this weekend to all still practicing! Good day for all of us to count our many blessings! Happy Thanksgiving!

    2 Weeks left of the IHSA Football regular season. Biggest 2 weeks of the regular season. Whether you are working toward a higher playoff seed, trying to get a playoff spot or looking at playing your last 2 games together as a team, I hope you play at your best and enjoy it!

    Note of Thanks! As I was stopped at a school cross walk and watched a cross guard help a group of kids across a busy street when it was 10 outside it made me think. How many people started a cold car, bus or stood in the cold today to help kids learn. Hope your day was a success!
