    #WarDaddyWednesday on a Monday. 4 Years ago today Coach Noonan was given months to live. He keeps proving the doctors wrong with positive energy, while helping us all be better. 10/15 will always be Coach Noonan Day for the Storm Defense!!! #keepswinging

    A year ago today I had a stroke. Life has been “normal” as possible because of my wife, kids, family, coworkers, friends, students, players, medical team and our community, over last 11 months and 27 days. I’m truly blessed and grateful.
