- NYT reports that Trump reduced his taxable income by paying consulting fees to Ivanka Trump. She reportedly received $747,622 from a consulting co. she co-owned that exactly matched consulting fees claimed as tax deductions by Trump Org for projects in Vancouver & Hawaii.
- “I’m not even properly dressed because this is all I have,” this man told Biden after they hugged, gesturing to his shorts.
- Replying to @cmsubThat means "she appears to have been treated as a consultant on the same hotel deals that she helped manage as part of her job at her father’s business." Kind of undercuts the whole Hunter Biden thing...
- On Russian sanctions, @PressSec notes that Biden is a junior, which means the Kremlin may have inadvertently sanctioned his father.
- NEW: Biden to announce OSHA rule requiring businesses with more than 100 employees to ensure workers are either fully vaccinated or tested weekly, per WH. Violations could come with "substantial fines up to nearly $14,000 for providers."
- On a campaign call with reporters, @BillStepien says that states like Wisconsin are in "recount territory" while they're confident Trump will win Nevada once all "legal ballots" are counted. "If we count all legal ballots, the president wins," he said.
