I cannot understand why a close family member can’t be given PPE and allowed to sit with their loved one while they die. The emotional damage done by refusing this could be enormous.

- To be absolutely clear, when the DUP held the balance of power in Westminster they had several opportunities to agree a deal that would have avoided an Irish Sea border.
