- Happy 70th birthday @PhilipSerrell My dad works SO hard & has always done so much for me. To say I’m proud of him & all he’s achieved is an understatement. He never sees it himself but he’s done so much with his life. I’m so lucky to have him as my dad & I love him very much
- Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there, especially my own @PhilipSerrell. This will be a particularly hard day for many this year & I’m grateful to be spending the day with my dad. I love him very much & I’m so proud of everything he’s done

- 2012 vs 2020. If you’re going through an eating disorder while trying to deal with the current global situation please keep going! It won’t be a continual uphill climb but eventually you do get there, and life is good again 💙
- I took me 3 years to eat a mince pie after anorexia. Even when I did, they were mini and only on Christmas Day. It’s taken a while, but it’s December 1st so I’m celebrating with this best at @OleandSteenUK
