I got paid $1,969.27 for my biweekly paycheck. I put in 102 hours per week for 2 weeks (4 am to 9 pm, 204 hours in 2 weeks)
I get paid $9.65/hr to do surgery.
Do you know how many people came into the trauma bay completely fucked up, lives changed, braindead or brain damaged/paraplegic after a *minor* motorcycle accident? Meanwhile a car rollover victim with a seatbelt walks out the same day they come in.
Heartbreaking.
I get the appeal of motorcycles, I get that it’s usually not even the motorcyclist’s fault when there are collisions
But I don’t see why people (specifically parents) take the risk
