I am the face of #MAID (assisted-death) in Canada. As a single, 5o yr old female with a genetic condition and a disability pension I will only cost the 'system'. I would be approved for untreatable pain if I applied - except my pain IS treatable - the gov just wont cover it.

I cant get the idea of covid being a biological weapon meant to 'soften the battlefield' out of my mind. We are heading towards a time when a good chunk of the population cannot work, cannot fight, cannot think. I know there is nothing original about this line of thought.

The fastest way to decline with #longcovid #MECFS is to get into a boom-bust crash cycle. Triggering PEM and "pushing through" = mitochondrial damage. I know this is tough to hear and even tougher to figure out, but determining your "functional stability limits" is KEY. 1/n
