As a coach...if I have to coach Energy Level & Effort...you can't play for me! I'll coach Technique, Assignments, Play Recognition - things to get us better. ...the first two are Non-negotiable!- Week 1 of Summer workout Done - Can't get those days back! if you cheat yourself - so be it - but when you do - you cheat your coach, your teammates, your team - and Mostly The Game!! Don't disrespect the Game by not working Hard!!
- May 13th is the start of 2019 Summer Workout - 50% will / 50% wont - 25% of the 50% that will...will do exactly what they are suppose to do....12.5% of the 25% that will do exactly what they are suppose to do....Will go above & beyond expectations - 12.5%.....Think about it
- Man, woman, boy ,girl, child , dog, goat, gold fish.....if you're in my weight room you only have 2 rules...Work Your Azz Off and Rack your Weights!! #dontstop
- It's hard to beat "WE"...but "WE" can beat "WE" if "WE" becomes "ME"! Be selfless in your pursuit of Team Goals...and Relentless in pursuit of your Personal Goals! #LIONNATION
- As a coach you can tell your players. ..Love ain't always hugs & kisses - love sometimes comes in the form of Accountability & Struggles...Do things the Right way and with the Right Attitude...Watch what happens!
- Don't get mad at the results you didn't get...from the work you didn't do!
- As a coach...im not going to praise you for participation, if I hold you Accountable...take that as a compliment...as long as I'm coaching you hard...you have nothing to worry about...its when I stop coaching you...then you need to worry!
- How Hungry will you be, how satisfied are you...262 days from now...we will see! #LIONNATION
- As long as you have games to play...you have something to play for!!!
