    Today a handover ceremony took place at @chu_butare between the Outgoing DG appointed Minister @RwandaHealth @nsanzimanasabin and Incoming DG @Ngarambe_C .The ceremony was also attended by the Mayor of @HuyeDistrict @A_sebutege and CHUB senior managers.

    Today, @chu_butare, a team of neurosurgeons from Cuba performed surgery on an 11-year-old girl with a brain tumor without general anesthesia. The craniotomy and tumor resection were done while the patient was fully awake to assess her cognitive function in real-time.
