    Dolphins GM Chris Grier said they got calls on QB Skylar Thompson, the rookie 7th-rd pick. Said people told them they'd be stupid to let him go. Mike McDaniel: "We're not in the business of being stupid."

    Happy to announce I'll be the University of Miami writer for SI.com. It'll be my second time on the Canes beat (did it back in the day, from 1997-99). We'll see if there's a fall football season. But either way, it's great to be back!!

    I'm out of sports after more than 30 years. I'm back at @Sentinel (for the 3rd time) but doing weather & wild Florida, which means storm/hurricane tracking, environment, animals, ocean and other related stuff. I'm excited to pursue a new challenge!

    McDaniel said the team questioned Tua Monday after noticing inconsistencies on game tape. After that questioning they told Tua to see a professional and that's when concussion was diagnosed
