Good design is not only better for neighborhoods, it’s better for business. I had a 7 day vacancy in one unit while my competitors are offering up to three month concessions.

The Wonder Years premiered 33 years ago today (1988) depicting events 20 years earlier (1968). A similar show today would be set in 2001.

Oppenheimer is sure to revive some debates about the end of WWII. Worth noting: Purple Heart medals awarded in Korea, Vietnam, the Gulf, War on Terror—all 370,000 since 1945—were manufactured for the anticipated invasion of Japan. We have 120,000 remaining.

Milei ends rent control. Supply increases 200% in six months. Prices go DOWN. It is this easy.

You made an entire chart with the wrong criteria for measuring a win.

Jennifer, this is totally inaccurate. The Maricopa County Attorney is totally independent of the Sheriff’s Office. Sincerely, the Maricopa County Clerk of the Superior Court
Only this crowd of clueless old white guys wold pick someone from Sheriff Joe's operation. I was saying no self-respecting lawyer would take the job of giving cover to GOP cowards. I was right.

It’s a heavy check in my view. I don’t think there’s any coming back from cutting someone’s pay and if you’re doing to do that I think you have to be prepared to lose him.

I wouldn't want to be a billionaire if I had no real friends. Seriously: 200 person wedding and your closest friends are Usher, Oprah, Jewel, Tom Brady, and Kim Kardashian? Yeah right.

“And while we’re at it, it’s time to stop giving the citizens of Geneva the power to write our laws of war. A neutral country, no less.”
By rejoining the Paris Climate Agreement, President Biden indicates he’s more interested in the views of the citizens of Paris than in the jobs of the citizens of Pittsburgh. This agreement will do little to affect the climate and will harm the livelihoods of Americans.

G-grandfather born prior to parents marriage in Italy. They had more kids but he was ostracized and lived in an orphanage. One day a villager said: you’ll never overcome the stigma if you stay - come to America with me. He did. And took the man’s last name - my name - DeRose.

I used to work as a janitor with a guy who was injured in Vietnam (permanent nervous tic, and that’s what was visible). Factory closed down shortly before he got his pension. Drove a taxi overnight. Worked at a liquor store on weekends. Nobody ever got shafted harder.

Took an interest in his daughter’s education, singing, and sports. Had the tough conversations. Responsive to his son’s cries for help. Children went on to practice law and work in show business. (Seen here taking his daughter on a perfectly ordinary college visit).
Who was the best TV dad of all time?
