- School is almost starting and I want to ask you a favor… Sit with your child for 5 minutes and explain that there’s never a reason to make fun of someone for their height, their weight, their skin tone, their home life or the things they enjoy. Explain there’s nothing wrong

- You know what's great about football? I like watching a kid that comes to us as a freshman that is possibly picked last. Sees his coaches as allies to end that and goes all in. Cut to senior his year,now he signing to play D3 ball! It's called ,desire, work ethic and no excuses!

- Colonel Thomas and myself had to perform CPR on this young man and without an AED machine we would not be talking very much right now . AED save lives!Prayers are needed for the Viera Hawks Lacrosse team as a member of their team is fighting for his life after going into sudden cardiac arrest yesterday.... There is a game tonight and people are encouraged to come out and show support by helping the team pray for his recovery

- The year didn't end the way we wanted to but I'm still always proud of the Viera Hawks. my prayers go out to number 17 I hope that young man gets a speedy recovery. I love the senior class that we had you guys will always be in my heart underclassmen I love you guys too.
