- i used to joke that people in columbus ohio are evil and stupid because of the air pollution, lead pipes, and mold in their hundred year old homes, but now that i've left and all my mental illness has dissipated i genuinely believe i was poisoned

- in utah you'll meet an androgynous granola lesbian your age and then it turns out she's actually 22, married to a man, and doesn't believe in sunscreen

- spent $150 on plant ID and native history books, hiked 4 miles up a mountain, got stoned and looked at birds and wildflowers through my binoculars all day. living next to a national park rocks so hard
