Left fargo at 3 am to get to the children's hospital in Peoria...been here with Tif & a very sick 2 year old. Not looking for anything here but prayers if you are so inclined.

- First time in my life I’ve pulled up to my parents place and not seen the grain leg standing. The storm hit hard today, but it’s wild in that the corn didn’t get mangled any worse than it did. No one got hurt which is the main thing.
- Toby is in training. Doing a fine job, but he is wearing out the radio. 🤷♂️
00:00 - Quite the conversation at supper...end times. I know not everyone holds the same views on faith as I do...but it's intense when your 8 yo says he's not afraid if the world were to end tonight. He knows what's on the other side.
- Another rider this morning. Didn’t want to get outdone by big brother so we let her drive. What a great way to spend the day! #havest2020
00:00 - A year ago I had just gotten to the hospital where this little one was in a bad way. What a difference a year makes. Enjoyed the afternoon with Tif & the kids...especially Abileen. This week with markets may have stunk but I’ll take it over last year any day.
- This little girl got dressed up in quite the outfit. While she doesn’t realize it, we have reason to celebrate as she was released from her heart doctor. Still has a kidney dr & likely always will-but she is healthy & happy as a kid could be.
- Guy at church said he hoped my 2019 > my 2018. Me - i doubt it gets better than seeing our little one win a fight for her life. We praise God for moments like these as we know they aren't a given & pray for those who have lost a loved one. Blessings to you & yours in 2019.
00:00 - 15 years ago, about this time of day, I was mad at the world as two guys didn't show up & we had plenty left to harvest...then I got the news my sister had passed & perspective set in. Life can suck at times, but I try to remind myself often that things could be worse.
- Man if this little sign isn’t the truth. I wouldn’t trade any of them for anything though. Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there. Great day for us.
- Doing a sleep study tonight...the boss says she thinks I have sleep apnea or quit breathing here & there. I told her it's hard to breathe when she's got the pillow so tight over my head. #superexcited
- A truly great day. Giving my daughter away was tough but maybe not as much as seeing her for the 1st time in this dress. What a day...
- Many have asked how Abileen is doing. This morning she's riding along...and says if it wasn't for the big corn number from the USDA yesterday, she would be doing great.
