- Cycles turns 7 years old this week! Making the album was an ambitious and adventurous journey. Tokyo promoter Shin Miyata offered to book us for a tour in Japan if CB came up with a new record. So we wrote and rehearsed for a month straight, then tracked all 14 songs in a two day
