    As a member of the General Investigating Committee, I carefully examined the facts following our months-long investigation and determined that the 20 articles of impeachment regarding Ken Paxton's misconduct fully merit advancing this matter to a trial in the Texas Senate.

    I joined 70% of House Republicans in supporting this resolution. No matter the politically-charged feelings surrounding this issue, we have a Constitutional duty to protect our citizens from abuses of power and to ensure light is fully shined on this matter.

    Dade Phelan worked hard to kill School Choice for Democrats Here’s a picture of Rep Raney with Gov @GregAbbott_TX school choice rally in March (He was fully on board). That was before Phelan talked him in to killing the bill this past week.
